Episode 024: "The Samurai Poets"

This week, inspired by the recent television epic, "Shogun," Tawny and JDK explore the "yin and yang" dichotomy of how Japanese samurai learned both the arts of war and the arts of the mundane like poetry, tea ceremonies, calligraphy, art, and more. At the heart of the conversation is how we experience nature and the larger world from an embodied state as opposed to a strictly intellectual / thinking space. See how you experience those different spaces as you listen to the conversation!

Kaleidoscope Visions Panel focusing on a transit important to the collective and including a personal live transit reading. Featuring the long-lasting aspect: “JUPITER & URANUS Breakthroughs - Blessings” occurring last Saturday April 20th affecting our dynamics.

“Uranus rules Aquarius in modern times. The planet Uranus rolls sideways on its axis and in reverse. Many approaches work for every archetypal aspect. That’s the beauty of humanity’s gift of free will. The options spiral out in diverse manifestations. Yet essentially Uranus and Jupiter represent freedom to be, and an expansive nature. Individual to the core.” said Sue Minahan, founder, and host of the weekly show. “Our experiences shift to recreate our perspective and belief systems of who we are within our community. Our growth continues through an expanded sense of community with Uranus ruling Pluto in Aquarius. One of the backdrops in the cosmic sky to understand.”

Kaleidoscope Visions panel reviews a current transit, and the possibilities the transits may apply personally to a pre-arranged participant’s natal chart.

-In Kaleidoscope Visions’ 2nd half of the program, the guest shares direct feedback.

-The dialogue exchange demonstrates how life works in the practical realm of our daily experiences and desires, making choices as a reflection of the current cosmos consciousness.

Stretching from Chicago, Illinois, to Los Angeles, California, Route 66, also known as the “Mother Road” and the “Main Street of America,” was one of the country’s major thoroughfares for nearly half a century. Route 66 became one of the most famous roads in America, having been popularized in American culture through books, songs, music, magazines, movies, and television shows…

The construction of the Interstate Highway System resulted in the eventual decline of Route 66, and correspondingly, many of the roadside attractions. Portions of the road have now been designated as National Scenic Byways or as “Historic Route 66” in several states including Arizona, New Mexico, Illinois, and Missouri.
