Did sharing her idea for a starter experience for the Burning Man-curious last week jinx this year’s attendees? Nah. Also, Stacy gets a complaint from a listener so makes it right. This week’s guest is Kathleen Lawson, a business strategist, in fact she’s Stacy’s business strategist! They chat about how Kathleen helps entrepreneurs and solopreneurs; whether they’re just starting and need a Sherpa to lead the way or they’re in process and need help building scaffolding that will steady and support their growing business. Stacy is a HUGE fan (and client), you can be too! Go to https://kathleen-lawson.com/ to learn more. To connect with Stacy, go to https://www.stacyconnects.com/.

This episode discusses why you should include ornamental metal work, created by a blacksmith or a metal fabricator, in your home. Our guest is Steve Lopes who has forged custom metalwork for Bruce and Jeannie Nordstrom, Bill Gates, John Nordstrom, Paul Allen, Larry Ellison and many others discriminating home owners throughout the US.

I am referring to things like custom-made door hardware, custom-made lighting fixtures, custom railing for your stairs and other artisanal metal work created by a skilled craftsman.

Custom architectural metal work can best be defined as functional artwork and Steve will help us to understand what goes into creating it, and why including it in your home should be an important part of making the home you live in, one-of-a-kind.
