B.E.S.T. Living Show with Dr. Rachelle: Breathe ~ Eat ~ Sleep ~ Thrive in Every Aspect of Your Life: Intentional Thriving with Dr. Pat Baccili

What is thriving on the individual level and how do you thrive with intention, not default.

It may sound cliché - don’t just survive, thrive. How can you intentionally thrive?

We live in a world of distraction, the world puts us in default: to do list, schedules and other peoples demands. We find ourselves not accomplishing what you want, sometimes even living on impulse rather than by design. Intentional thriving is accomplished by awareness, openness, coming to know our true self on every level from the genetics to the large world view.

How do we level up, how do we become more than what we think we are or have been told we are? It is about progressing to a goal despite challenge, using an intentional approach.

Dr James Thorp, an OB/GYN with over 42 years experience, reviews the recent CDC Continuing Education Webinar in which presenters violate their stated rule that they would NOT discuss “unlabeled use of a product or a product under investigational use.” Despite lack of adequate safety trials or data, in the webinar "Clinical Vaccination Guidance for Pregnant People”, presenters discuss and promote the use of flu vaccination during pregnancy for protection of the child (not labeled for that use), COVID-19 shots during pregnancy (all products still under Emergency Use Authorization and therefore experimental), and RSV vaccination (not yet licensed for use in pregnancy or for protection of the child). In the second hour, co-host Xavier Figueroa gives insights into Hyperbaric Oxygen research and more.
