This week, our first segment is called, “Bigger Than Me – Diversity”, (2:03 – 2:30 pm PT), and we will be focused on “How to Get Buy In from Senior Leadership for DEI Initiatives”, and Why that is Important. Special Guests who came to synergize our expertise on this topic is Dr. Ayanna Cummings, President Tapestry Diversity; and Chair of the ‘HR for Change’ Committee, as part of SHRM, the Society of Human Resource Management. Dr. Ayanna is also part of my Board of Directors for the National Black MBA Association Seattle Chapter, serving as my VP of Diversity & Inclusion. Today she wants to tap into my expertise on this topic as a Consultant, and as President of “It’s All Bigger Than Me Consulting”. She knows this is truly my life’s work, and I am excited to help as many people as possible on this journey.
