*Trigger Warning*
**This episode contains details about domestic violence I have experienced. **
It feels confusing to know if you're doing the right thing, making the right choices if you have never been modeled a healthy relationship with yourself and those around you. Abuse then becomes normalized because it was the foundation and accepted as a part of my daily life and the fact that everyone around me disregarded my experience and feelings on these situations. I am no longer accepting people that devalue my trauma and no longer holding space for individuals that are willfully ignorant to the realities of the world for the sake of their fantasy.
Hopefully my therapy can give you bits of encouragement when you feel alone. Take a long hard look within yourself and accept the love you have for yourself. Let's motivate one another through our experiences and process of healing to be the new foundation for our future generation.
