This week we speak with Kate Gary. She speaks about the different directions her career has taken, from a degree in logistics to municipal economics, marketing and art. She speaks about the importance of connection and developing a strong network of people has been a big part of her career transitions and successes. Additionally she reveals how the unexpected death of a friend was a moment to fully take stock of her relationships and work. She says that establishing boundaries in her life has further supported her career satisfaction and focus on doing more of what she loves. Her hobby of painting has now become a thriving side business.
