Edward is founder and principal of ECC Corp, a hotel investment advisory and consulting firm based in Vancouver with over 10 clients worldwide. Prior to starting ECC Corp, Edward was based in London, serving as Sonder's Head of EU Underwriting. Prior to Sonder, Edward served as Director of Investments & Real Estate and Director of Asset Management at SilverBirch, based in Vancouver. Prior to SilverBirch, Edward worked at Goldman Sachs as an analyst for their select service hotel platform of 350+ hotels, based in Dallas. Other past experiences include roles with Four Seasons and Sun Hung Kai Properties in Hong Kong. Edward graduated from Cornell University in 2011 and is a CFA Charterholder.

This week Tiffany speaks with Fenia Bozionelou. From Greece and based in London, Fenia is a business psychologist, career coach and founder of La Route Coaching. They studied together in London and reconnected to discuss her career story and research on well-being and sustainability as it relates to consumer behaviors.
She is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. Her experience comes from a range of perspectives within business and psychology and is dedicated to understanding how to make people more effective and more positive. 'It is very important to support people to choose the right direction for them and move into sustainable employment.' Her purpose is to assist people on their journey to lay the foundations and choose their path for their life transformation.

This week Tiffany speaks with KIRU. KIRU is an American artist, Gen Z entrepreneur and the CEO of KIRUNIVERSE, which he founded in 2016. KIRUNIVERSE is a boutique experience marketing and design firm based in Brooklyn, New York. Built on a mission to empower artists and entrepreneurs in the limitless expansion of their social impact, KIRU describes the company as an “Experience Age design of self-exploration.” In July 2020, the firm released a new digital product, Brand Guide X, to provide artists and entrepreneurs a complete visual guide to their brand that is both affordable and accessible.
KIRU is also the co-founder of KIRUNIVERSE COLLECTIVE, which was established in June 2018 as an effort to provide a safe space for artists to explore the depths of themselves as they worked together to create a story, a visual, and an experience. Notable contributors include Rachel Dolezal (International Artist), Jennifer Ortakeles (Writer, Journalist and Editor at Business Insider), and Tanya McGee (City Planner and Community Builder). As an artist himself, KIRU is known chiefly for his skill in the performance and production of music, and additionally as a writer, illustrator, model, and director.
In 2019, KIRU made his debut as an author, publishing The Book of Positive Affirmations, the only definitive guide that exists for the practical implementation and continued use of positive affirmations in everyday life. Originally a native of Elmira, New York, KIRU currently lives and creates out of Brooklyn, since June 2015.

This week Tiffany speaks with Taslim Tharani. Based in London, she is an Organisational & Coaching Psychologist and founder of Thriving Together. As a coach, trainer and consultant she excels at creating safe and inclusive spaces for ideas and people to flourish as well as enabling people to touch into who they are and who they want to be. Taslim combines her interest in research with her consultancy skills in the areas of equity, justice, diversity and inclusion; health and wellbeing at work; career decision making and leadership development.
Taslim volunteers for both the Ismaili Community in the UK as well as the British Psychological Society's Division of Occupational Psychology (DOP) where she serves on the DOP Annual Conference team and was previously co-chair of the 2012-2013 conferences. She is an exceptional facilitator and frequently delivers training and workshops across the Education, Private, Public and Not for Profit sectors.
Taslim values connection, contribution, integrity and authenticity, is passionate about psychology and effectively combines a ‘human’ approach with the evidence-base psychology is grounded within.

This week Tiffany speaks with Alexander Ouroumes. Based in Munich, Germany, he is a Digital Business Manager. After graduating from high school, he completed an apprenticeship as an insurance and finance merchant with a large insurance company. In order to further his professional education he quit his secure job and studied international cultural & business studies as well as business administration and leadership & management at different international universities and founded several startups.
After his studies, he learned the trade of online marketing in a renowned Munich agency and subsequently worked as a freelance digital consultant for clients across several industries until today. In addition, he researched the effects of mindfulness inductions on the motivation of employees in change processes at the Technical University of Munich in the field of motivational psychology.
In order to live up to his passion for innovative business models, he then joined a company builder as Innovation Coordinator before moving to his current employer, MAN Truck & Bus. As Digital Business Manager he is responsible for the expansion of digital business, develops new data-driven business models, digitizes business processes and develops the company further with a digital mindset within the workforce. Outside of work, he loves variety and as a nature lover, cultivates an active lifestyle with a large portion of curiosity and positivity.

This week Tiffany speaks with Alice Mukabalisa. Alice is a passionate Organisational Psychologist with eight years of progressive experience in people and business management; offering expertise in leadership, change, consultancy and research. She has a Masters Degree in Business and Occupational Psychology from Kingston University which has been the backbone of her career transition. Her years of HR practice and parenting have played a significant role in shaping her career goals but also the experience of working in different geographical locations.
Her research work explores the concepts of patriarchy, colonialism and how this affects the wellbeing of working women in Uganda. This has been very pivotal in providing meaning and purpose to her career and is attracting professionals and academics who have a keen interest in exploring these topics and what they mean for women and work in the 21st century.

This week Tiffany speaks with health and fitness expert George Rose. With over 10 years of experience in health, well being and profession sport, George brings a vast depth of knowledge. George has a masters in Strength and Conditioning and corrective exceeds from Middlesex University. Whilst working for Equinox for 5 years, George launch the United Kingdom’s first Tier X program and was a pioneering coach. In this program clients not only received the highest level of personal training but also nutrition and regeneration advise through a structured process. He is also an educator for Equinox specialising in advance cardiovascular programming.
George focuses on providing routines and classes that meet not only the appropriate level of fitness and movement literacy but are also fun and effective. George has a client centred approach and therefore tailors habit and behaviour recommendations that fit with the lifestyle of the given client. He also approaches nutrition from a non-diet standpoint. Having completed three Ironman triathlons, he is also highly focused around regeneration as well as cardiovascular health.
