This week Tiffany speaks with Alice Mukabalisa. Alice is a passionate Organisational Psychologist with eight years of progressive experience in people and business management; offering expertise in leadership, change, consultancy and research. She has a Masters Degree in Business and Occupational Psychology from Kingston University which has been the backbone of her career transition. Her years of HR practice and parenting have played a significant role in shaping her career goals but also the experience of working in different geographical locations.
Her research work explores the concepts of patriarchy, colonialism and how this affects the wellbeing of working women in Uganda. This has been very pivotal in providing meaning and purpose to her career and is attracting professionals and academics who have a keen interest in exploring these topics and what they mean for women and work in the 21st century.
Career fitness is the alignment of strengths, identity, interests and values in your career pursuits. To find out more about Tiffany's work, check out her website www.altryourlife.com.
Tiffany's sister Holly has committed to running the NYC Marathon 2021 by raising $3,500 to go directly to NYC's Success Academy Charter Schools. You can donate and support their scholars here: https://lnkd.in/eHFGMjh
