April 08, 2016 Tribute to Owen Money .By Aluku Rebels (Soulful/Afro Tech/Afro Deep House Music) April mix 2016
This mix is a big dedication to a musical,Spiritual and south London brother i have known since i started pushing African deeper and futuristic House music 5 years back and was one of the people who kept on pushing me,supporting and not forgetting always in great positive spirit when ever i got the chance to express the music i'm attracted to , His name is Owen Muhammad aka Owen Money aka Snake Hips who sadly passed away a few weeks back , he was not just a mr motivator to AR but to many in the UK House scene for years and did not matter if you was underground or mainstream he was always in the place with such a presence we all know he will always be in the house night scene for ever. This mix is more of a soulful afro tip ,plenty of that rhoads neo groove along the middle we go more into AR electronic afro form with Afro tech and Afro Deeper sounds exclusives/current finished of with some afro cuban vibes and a few classics .

December 21, 2015 Eddhi Cheq's Musical Vision .By Aluku Rebels (Tribal/Afro House Music)
Sad news today a very talented producer from Angola name Eddhi Cheq passed away a few days back and had to do a special dedication mix to him as I have been a big supporter of this young lad from the get go , His sound was his own with great depths of African Ritual atmosphere through music , his drums patterns was so warm and very rumbling to say the least and also released his first projects on Aluku Records way back in 2012 and has had further releases on D.M Recordings and Kazukuta with so much projects to come in 2016 and was gonna branch out on more label's to grow the vision he wanted for Mwango , so young and passed away in his early 20's who was also a proud father and a proud son which my heart goes out to his close friends and family right now.

Please do check out the Cheq with his two different sounds such as his "Mwango Ritual" for the more afro deep, tribal ritual rural lovers and his "Heartistic" which was afro soul and ambient vibes in his own fashion and a bit like Boddhi Satva's Ancestral Soul sound ,he based his outlook like one of his hero's in SA Problem Child with two styles .
