You will get to know what we mean by Sheep, Hireling and Shepherd.

You are a Shepherd that gives all for the wellbeing of the SHEEP or BUSINESS, TALENTS, GIFTS, FAMILY, MINISTRY, GOVERNANCE, EDUCATIVE KNOWLEDGE, MEDIA, SERVICE or CULTURE. God the Father has trust in you as the Good Shepherd, you also know and trust God concerning you in this regard. As a Good Shepherd, you better the life of the House of Israel (All what you currently have-little or much) and Like Jesus, you are assured that your sacrifice on the Cross will bring in much more (the Gentiles) to your fold. A Good Shepherd takes good care of Israel with all his life knowing that Gentiles will come in too. He/She knows that his Sheep (what you currently do) know him/her very well by voice and the Shepherd also knows the Sheep by name even if they are in another man's fold even as the Gentiles never knew the Lord Jesus Christ before.

Are you going to be that Good Shepherd?

Romans 6:11-12 Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts.

King David had fist fights in the early part of life and when he sat on the throne, other people took on that role; Jesus used to cast devils in some way but he sits on the throne and other entities take care of that now. Your mind is key in this Reigning, for by it we bring every thought to the obedience of Christ.

We are to likewise Reckon or account/see/think Jesus' victory as ours too. Jesus experienced the cross and tapped its power before he ever faced it, a thing which is termed as TASTING THE POWERS OF THE AGE TO COME. That is why Jesus offered up prayers with tears and loud cries to God. The Father then gave him power that caused him no to be killed by anything or anyone, he could lay up his life and pick it at will.

Hence the cross can give one who has died and rose from it power over all negative and positive things in heaven, earth and under the earth. Besides what you defeated and achieved on the cross begin to Reckon or consider the new life and what Jesus Christ enjoys at the right hand of God where we sit together with him.

What do you "shepherd"? Does your "sheep" hear your voice in obedience? You can define what you shepherd.

Galatians 6:14 My only boast is in the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus, our Messiah. In him I have been crucified to this natural realm; and the natural realm is dead to me and no longer dominates my life.

We have to reckon or count it to ourselves that what is true about Jesus Christ on the cross is true and applicable to us who are of his faith in this life (world) and in the one to come.

The world in its fallen nature must not affect us in anyway because we are dead to it and it's dead to us. We have to be serious about this such that we are not labelled as mere talkers and religious people with no evidence that we are Christ's.
