in this episode, let’s talk: how to heal your relationship with fitness and food, ed’s, cutting people off, the mindset change, my advice, and my current fitness goals.

before i give any advice, i wanted to give a little background of my relationship with fitness and food and my journey so far so you can understand where i’m coming from when i talk about things in the future. this is just my experience and it might not be something that everyone can relate to, but what i went through over the years has made me who i am today. i have learned so much since then and there are so many things that i wish i had known sooner that would have saved me from falling down the wrong path. i’m excited to continue talking about how changing my priorities and habits transformed my mindset and my definition of “health.” i hope my story inspires you and can bring you comfort if you’ve gone through anything similar. in the next episode i’ll talk more about what more specifically has changed, where i’m at now, my current goals, tips i have and the advice i wish i was given along the way. lots of love, sky.
