1. Twin momming isn't easy, find your squad - you'll need them. 

2. Try to ignore people who "other mother"- no one knows truly what they're doing. 

3. Figure out a schedule that works for you and stick to it.

2. Put your and your kids' mental health first, always. 

3. Have confidence in yourself, don't look for validation from anyone.
