Always Chillin'

This week: Wiz Khalifa's show in Lincoln, where apparently weed was legal for the night. People getting wheelchaired out before Wiz even showed up. An entire arena of people smoking. Jedidiah had an amazing time. Weed might as well be legal here, maybe it will be soon...? A little talk about Colorado and Nebraska's spring games. The rivalry is still strong, it feels like....and more!

This week: We talk growing up around smokers. Smoke always flies towards beauty. Restaurant smoking sections and smoking hotel rooms. Our first cigarettes. Tom's first time trying dip didn't go well. Tom talks about some Marine Corps stuff for a loooong time. TSULC. Lost radios. Giving everyone a scare. Getting embarrassed by peaches. A lot of laughter , we liked recording this one a lot.

This week: Blowing a .46 on the breathalyzer is kind of incredible, seeing as you should be unconscious. D saw a lot in his parents' bar. Tom drank a lot in the Marine Corps. Lots of stuff about the Marine Corps this week, actually. Physical fitness tests, running a lot, that kind of stuff. Tom discovered a new species of lizard in Afghanistan, or so he thought. And other stuff, too.

This week: Some more coach Prime talk, maybe we're just haters. We do really like what Matt Rhule is doing at Nebraska so far, though. The stadium's lit up every single night. We have an existential crisis about artificial intelligence. Remember when you had to ask other human beings for directions? A lot of stuff has changed. Ancient Aliens makes some convincing arguments....and some not so convincing ones. And more!

This week:  Tom's feeling a little sluggish, but at least he's full. Every single Burger King in Lincoln is bankrupt, probably for a good reason.  Ring doorbells make it easier to see even less people.  Quarantine is really weird to think about...stuff got normal pretty fast.

This week:  D talks about his 40+ basketball league.  Tom probably wouldn't even be good at slow break basketball.   Some weird coincidences around Kobe's death....or is it a conspiracy.  What D thinks happened to Biggie and 2pac.  Confederados are a thing...South America must be a good place to hide.  Speaking of, we learned about the 7 most notorious Nazis that fled to South America after World War 2.

Only enough time for a couple of topics this week, but they were doozies.  This week we go through Billboard's top 50 rappers of all time....and we have some thoughts.  We skipped recording for the Super Bowl, but now we're talking about it.

This week Demond talks about a prison holiday.  Buy yourself some prison clothes. Is wearing Marine Corps stuff cool?  Chinese balloons.  A certain school district brought teachers hittin' kids back.  Parenting styles. We suck at keeping up with social media...and lots of other stuff!

Stuff I remember from this week's episode:  all the different kinds of dirty magazines in prison, pen pals, coaching 8th grade basketball, Balling in advanced age, D looking young, Raising Cane's is the busiest place in the world.  I'm sick and I can't remember what else we chatted about so you'll just have to listen and find out.

Stuff I remember from our conversation this week:  Martin Luther King Jr. Day, People's favorite black people, D changes his. answer about our "what was your favorite part of prison" conversation from the other week.  The cat & mouse game. Tricks to smoke weed in prison.  Tom's inspired by people's perseverance and ingenuity.  Having a wife that plays video games with you sometimes is kind of amazing...and more.
