I'm mostly... always ON. & MOST definitely, Always ME. I'm a social butterfly who has experienced great loss & lives a life sprinkled with grief and large doses of gratitude & awareness of others & an understanding of my own brilliance & shortcomings. While I don't touch on it in this episode, I've been on a self-love journey & this is your invitation to my mind & to my heart & to the path I'm taking on learning how to love myself better. One way I do that is to give myself permission- to exist, EXACTLY the way I AM... no apologies... no chasers... If my light is too bright, put on some SUNGLASSES. I'm not here to shrink.
