Really glad I had the opportunity to sit down with Alyssa Coogan owner of AK Inverted a pole fitness studio located here in beautiful Juneau, AK. Alyssa and I talk about the positivity that her company brings to town helping her clients connect with their bodies and how fitness in general does wonders for confidence and mental health. Alyssa's passion for mental health lead her to get her to receive her Masters of Science In Clinical Mental Health and become a children's counselor at the AWARE Shelter. She primarily helps children who have been abuse or exposed to domestic violence. Really amazing to speak to her on a topic so close to my heart.
