This may be a shocking episode to most listeners as we dive into the differences of intermittent fasting between men and women- we do not berate intermittent fasting however it is probably not the path for everyone.

We discuss exercise!- There is nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight but the problem is with seeing exercise as a means to an end. You want to focus on what joy movement can bring you now in the present moment for it to become a habit; something you look forward to. And for that, you want to throw out the rulebook of how much you should be doing and just focus on bringing more activity in to your life. Join us for a natter as we discuss exercise!
