The  "sex talk" in the Christian household I was raised in left me with many unanswered thoughts and questions as a child. This episode is dedicated to the kids who grew up with overly religious parents and/or those who simply did not have that special someone to open up to.

As a millennial growing up in a social media society, inner self care had always been my least focus. Between school, toxic relationships and a slight disconnect from my spirituality, something had to change. In this episode I introduce my journey to ‘Self Care’.
