 Self-service checkouts. How they started as a convenience, became a chore, and are now apparently a job interview.

 Instore personal shoppers. The people paid to do your shopping for you, while you try to do your shopping around them.

 Common courtesy. Specifically, the fact that it has apparently been discontinued. Like the Wispa Gold. Gone. Vanished. Someone let it expire.
