For the last two months I've been making music with AI, and I didn't tell anyone.

I wasn't sure if I was still an artist, or if I was cheating somehow. I've spent years as a poet and writer. I know what it takes to develop a craft. And I know how painful it is to watch something you've spent decades building get compressed into a single click.

So I sat with it. I tested it. I sent songs to my closest friends and asked them to tell me the truth. And what came back taught me something about creativity I didn't expect.
