"I've always been very active, and my wife and I used to run together and work out together quite a bit. I'm currently in a season of life where I feel I honestly have zero time I can spend working out without either completely neglecting my family or never getting enough sleep. There are so many get fit quick schemes out there that I don't know what to believe. What would be the least number of days I can work out that would still provide physical benefit. And what would you recommend as a good full body but short on time required workout?"
