Embellecer el hogar, pintar y arreglar los rincones son bases para que el árbol resalte. Mi cabeza es controlada por la memoria de mis padres, dirijo para que todo funcione; mientras emulo la forma para que mi familia comprenda cómo deseo acondicionar mi refugio familiar y en cada decisión percibo a mis seres queridos cerca, solo yo los puedo ver.Mamá y papá, hago todo lo posible para que la tradición en tiempo decembrino se quede en el hogar. El hogar se perfuma del guiso de las hallacas, el pan de jamón, la ensalada y el postre navideño. La nieta empieza a participar con mayor conciencia y forma parte del trabajo en equipo. La unión familiar enseña para aprender costumbres y técnicas que evitan perder la tradición. Mi rostro dibuja la gran sonrisa al observar a Amanda a gusto por preparar las hallacas, que tanto le gusta. Tal episodio hace el nudo en la garganta al escuchar la voz de mis padres susurrando.Sé que debo continuar, y el resto de los demás días me ocupo para no llorar, sino para hacer realidad la Navidad como nos gusta. Vestir a la niña es la ilusión que mantiene a plenitud a la familia. My head is controlled by the memory of my parents; I direct so that everything works, while I emulate the form so that my family understands how I wish to arrange my family shelter, and in each decision I perceive my loved ones nearby; only I can see them.Mom and Dad, I do everything I can to keep the tradition of the Christmas season at home. The home is perfumed with alpaca stew, ham bread, salad and Christmas dessert. The granddaughter begins to participate with greater awareness and is part of the teamwork. The family union teaches to learn customs and techniques that avoid losing the tradition. My face shows a big smile when I see Amanda enjoying preparing the alpacas, which she likes so much. Sparklers and crackling lights, I no longer enjoy it; however, Amanda promotes joy and recreates a lot of laughter for all the tradition she offers. Now I understand how sensitive some loved ones are to this date. El agua en Argentina es potable, atraviesa un proceso de purificación para el consumo humano y que pueda ser tomada directamente de la canilla; sin embargo, con el pasar del tiempo mis dudas por otros residuos que pueda incidir en la salud del ser humano que contenga agentes químicos en el agua me alertó. Entonces he decidido, gracias a mi insistencia en comprar un filtro de bidón, no obstante, existen teorías que explican que también es nocivo por el material que lo constituye, lo cual, afecta la salud del individuo y aunado a esto, contamina el ambiente y merma de manera significativa la economía de una familia en Argentina.En virtud de lo mencionado, decidí comprar un filtro que acondiciona agua de la red de zonas urbanas tratadas por normas de potabilidad. He comprado la marca DVIGI, empresa Argentina; en el mercado hay muchas marcas, pero como busco promociones, el dispositivo Compact estaba en oferta en una casa famosa de ventas de productos para el hogar y no dejé escapar la oportunidad. Este producto ofrece reducción de cloro y olor del agua de la red; además de ahorrar, cuidas tu salud y los recursos naturales, ya que una vez vencido el filtro, debe ser llevado a un punto de reciclaje.El filtro tiene la probabilidad de vida de 9 meses o más. El dispositivo estéticamente es bonito, viene en 2 colores para elegir. En mi caso, escogí el blanco debido al tamaño de la cocina y el blanco da amplitud. El equipo es compacto porque en el interior viene el filtro y en la caja trae el kit de instalación. El producto de manera digital comparte el manual de instalación que se accede escaneando el QR; para montar el dispositivo ofrecen 2 opciones, dependiendo del grifo del agua, las especificaciones técnicas varían, hay para rosca interna o sin rosca, con el fin de adaptar la manguera atóxica a la canilla que proviene del filtro. Después de hacer la adaptación, se gira la perilla ubicada en la canilla y se abre el grifo para dejar descartar el agua y servir el líquido a consumir. Este procedimiento también se repite cuando se deja usar por una semana.Realmente la instalación es fácil; pero la grabación no se realizó porque mi esposo adaptó el filtro cuando no estaba en casa. Lo importante es que logré, la pureza del agua, prevenir enfermedades, contribuyó en minimizar los residuos de plástico, emisión de la producción y desperdicio del agua; como también ayuda a ahorrar en el hogar el uso del filtro adecuadamente. Por otra parte, si debo señalar algo que me disgusta del dispositivo, es la manguera para posicionarse en el espacio al lavar, ya que el lavaplatos es pequeño y debo buscar la mejor posición que no entorpezca el proceso y perjudique la manguera atóxica. Mi tonada venezolana me delata, muchos quedan encantados y otros curiosos por los temas de conversación que soy capaz de llevar, discernir y diferir sobre temas diversos, porque ante todo soy un ser pensante. Asimismo, debo batallar con el clima, si es día lluvioso, húmedo o caluroso; son criterios a considerar para seleccionar la ropa adecuada, porque Argentina es cambiante.El nuevo ambiente de trabajo hizo que comprendiera que estamos capacitados para todo y que las personas se limitan por creencias o preferencias, lo cual es respetable; pero nunca pensé que me gustaría y podría sacar sonrisas constantes de mi faena. Además, mi madre siempre me dice: "Creo en ti, nunca paras y cuando aprendes algo nuevo, lo desarrollas y lo vinculas con tu profesión", por ello se siente orgullosa de mí. Lo consulto como mi esposo y decidimos adquirir un par bueno, bonito y barato. Llegó el gran día y Amanda abre el regalo, la emoción de obtener lo que deseaba, la sonrisa y su cuerpo festejaba. De inmediato nos preparamos para ir al parque y estuvo practicando, hasta durmió con ellos. Sin embargo, pensamos que también podría ser la conducta para informarnos que no le gusta el arte y no quería desilusionar a su madre; no obstante, la decisión nos ha unido como familia porque mamá y papá están presentes en esta expresión deportiva artística.Como padres respetamos la decisión de Amanda, ella decide estar a gusto en el deporte del patinaje; porque desea aprender, se siente feliz; a su vez es beneficioso para la salud y pone en práctica los 3 sentidos a ejercitar, en otras palabras, observa la técnica, escucha las instrucciones y hace la demostración de la información filtrada para coordinar los movimientos del cuerpo. Hornear una torta para mí es un gesto de agradecimiento y cariño. La cocina no es mi espacio preferido, pero aprendí a preámbulo ricas recetas que sirven para complacer un antojo, levantar el ánimo o como obsequió para alguien en un día especial. Mi hija Amanda tiene 3 tortas favoritas: zanahoria, chocolate y banana, estas delicias son las meriendas de ella cuando las desea; no hay mejor reconocimiento que un hijo devore con gusto el postre, desee repetir y te repita que rico. No obstante, esta Torta de Banana, se hizo en esta ocasión como regalo para la hermana de Amanda que vive en Venezuela, la distancia no es obstáculo y todos los años le cantamos cumpleaños desde Argentina. Visito esta comunidad para presentar mi batidora de mano pastelera de bajo costo, pero que su ajusta a mi realidad en el mundo de la repostería. Elaboró tortas cuando mi organismo extraña dulces realizados por mi madre o porque mi niña me lo pide. Cuando llegué a Argentina no tenía ningún utensilio de cocina y poco a poco logré comprar. Cuatro meses atrás, mi esposo adquirió una batidora; todo comprador responsable usa el electrodoméstico de inmediato y no espera para poner a funcionar el artefacto eléctrico, pues no fue mi caso, después de mucho tiempo decido hacer el unboxing, fue un riesgo, pero la máquina funcionó. ¡Qué locura 😱 la mía!

La marca adquirida es Smartlife de origen chino, comercializada por un supermercado reconocido. Mi esposo la compró según mis sugerencias, tamaño estándar, manual para que no ocupe espacio y de 300w como la potencia de mi batidora en Venezuela. Me gusta el color blanco por ser clásico, que sea liviana la batidora y de fácil agarre. Mi interés como toda persona es hacer mezclas que esponje, emulsione o que las claras de huevos llegué a punto de nieve. Batir a mano con el globo o la paleta cansa y más cuando deseas mezclar sustancias como por ejemplo azúcar con crema de leche, ingredientes de la torta tiramisú que realizó el 24 de diciembre, así que era hora de abrir el empaque del batidor eléctrico Smartlife.

Les confieso que soy práctica y sé que estos aparatos vienen con dos varillas, las planas y los ganchos, cada uno para cumplir su función y este producto trajo los accesorios. Es fácil el modelo porque su uso es sencillo, pero si no llegas al fondo de la mezcla es probable que queden ingredientes sin unir o si lo haces en la parte superior tiende a salpicar todo, sería un desastre. El artefacto trae 5 velocidades, un botón turbo y el botón de acceso para extraer las varillas; recuerda colocar las varillas cuando esté desconectada la batidora y así evitar accidentes. De preferencia el material que sea de acero inoxidable para que sea duradero.

La tecnología evoluciona, los artefactos para la cocina también, pero debido a mi poco espacio no puedo elegir una batidora de pedestal y porque tampoco soy asidua a la repostería. No obstante, este electrodoméstico me hace más simple el arte de la repostería, por tanto, elijan la batidora según el deseo, interés y también la necesidad. El modelo o la marca depende de ustedes; sean consciente del uso para prologar la vida del electrodoméstico y que permita brillar en el reino de la cocina. El batidor de mano pastelera simplifica la preparación de manera rápida y de calidad para tener la consistencia deseada del postre.

Hay 3 detalles que no me gustan del batidor; una, el cable es corto, debo elegir el lugar correcto para hacer mis dulces; el segundo aspecto negativo, no cuenta con un sistema para recoger el cable para evitar daños en el futuro, así que debo colocar la batidora de mano en su caja delicadamente. El tercer detalle, la batidora en la parte frontal, posee un espacio, me preocupa que la harina entre por esa cavidad y traiga consecuencias. Me despido, y por favor no repitan mi acción retardada en poner a funcionar el electrodoméstico porque a veces las garantías vencen pronto.
