Para mí es toda una aventura volver a compartirles música que me gusta de nuevo en estos espacios, ya que en las últimas semanas he estado haciendo muchas cosas y si tiendo bastante, siempre volviendo a los escenarios de Hive music Festival con muchas ganas de cantarles y conectar. Existe un dicho del que el artista debe dividir sus sentimientos de su arte, cosa para mí imposible ya que el arte es el reflejo del estado del ser, reflexión que me lleva a hablarles sobre la canción de el día de hoy llamada Avoid Things, que en español se traduce a “ Evitando Cosas “. La cantante habla sobre la situación tormentosa de tener una relación amorosa con alguien que tiene un temperamento fácilmente volátil y a quien debe tratar de puntillas a su alrededor, de esta manera “evitar” a toda costa cualquier situación que pueda causar un desajuste. Es tan gracioso, la mayoría de las veces en mis previas relaciones me he sentido como Amy en esta canción, y es chevere poder cantar algo con lo que te identifiques, maneras de conectarnos a travez de la musica, que maravilla no? En estas ultimas semanas he estado muy enferma amigos! Tuve una afección en mi garganta muy dolorosa que me llevo a no poder comer/ tragar/ dormir con normalidad! Se me dificultaba el dormir porque no ingresaba suficiente oxigeno a mi sistema, de terror! Así que decidí dejar el cigarillo después de 12 años fumando, y ha sido una desición hecha desde el amor. Mi familia me lo decía mucho: Hija! Deja el cigarro! Tu eres cantante y debes cuidarte la voz, a lo que yo respondía: Si Amy Winehouse fuma y canta así, porque yo no?. En definitiva, la salud es tan primordial, por ello hoy celebro haber dado ese paso tan importante, deseando que muchos también puedan elegir dar esos pasitos, difíciles pero en definitiva tan cruciales. Todos tenemos derecho a cumplir nuestros sueños! A merecer esa estabilidad que tanto deseamos! Hola a todos! Mi nombre es Amaretta y esta es mi primera entrada a la comunidad Web3 Vibes Music competition! Si hay algo que me encante y me relaje mas, es cantar y hacer musica, sobre todo porque soy compositora y esta experiencia me ha hecho aprender canciones nuevas y bonitas! He conversado mucho acerca de mi interpretación en la guitarra con @yusaymon, debido a que tengo una lesion en la mano que me imposibilito tocar la guitarra con fluidez por un tiempo, ahora he practicado con alegría cada canción y ha mejorado mi condición debido a ello! Increíble lo que la musica y la voluntad puede hacer en tu cuerpo. Desde hace muchos años ya, me he interesado en la musica en español, sobre todo en los boleros antiguos de esos que nos llevan a ser niños corriendo en las casas de nuestros abuelos, y cuando escuche el album llamado 'Musas, un homenaje al folclore latinoamericano en manos de Los Mancorinos', me refresco la vida, donde Natalia Lafourcade nos trae esos sabores y melodías románticas de los boleros a nuestros agitados y tecnológicos ritmos de los últimos años. La maqueta la hice en unas horas en mi casa, las grabe en una esquina de mi hogar donde no se escucharan los ruidos de los perritos de la calle, y mi parte favorita fueron las melodías de voces. Esta vez hice un video diferente, donde salí a caminar por el pueblo donde vivo con mi guitarra a refrescarme después de un día entero trabajando en casa, para así desestresarme y divertirme grabando el visual de esta linda interpretación, a quien agradezco a @yusaymon por grabarme y acompañarme en la aventura de la tarde. Hello everyone! My name is Amaretta and this is my first entry to the Web3 Vibes Music competition community! If there is something that I love and relax me the most, it is singing and making music, especially because I am a composer and this experience has made me learn new and beautiful songs! I have talked a lot about my guitar playing with @yusaymon, because I have a hand injury that prevented me from playing the guitar fluently for a while, now I have happily practiced each song and my condition has improved because of it ! Incredible what music and willpower can do to your body. For many years now, I have been interested in music in Spanish, especially in the old boleros of those that take us back to being children running around our grandparents' houses, and when I heard the album called 'Musas, a tribute to folklore Latin American in the hands of Los Mancorinos', I refresh my life, where Natalia Lafourcade brings us those flavors and romantic melodies of boleros to our hectic and technological rhythms of recent years. I made the demo in a few hours at my house, I recorded them in a corner of my home where the noises of the dogs on the street couldn't be heard, and my favorite part was the voice melodies. This time I made a different video, where I went for a walk through the town where I live with my guitar to cool off after a whole day working at home, in order to de-stress and have fun recording the visual of this beautiful performance, to whom I thank @yusaymon for record me and accompany me on the afternoon adventure. My mission is to bring quality musical content in every entry I make in the Hive community, and to improve each time with each production. Mucho gusto a todos! Mi nombre es Amaretta! Soy artista profesional, cantante, pintora, surfeo en mis ratos libres y me encanta cocinar comidas diferentes y coloridas! No suelo hacerlas todos los dias porque me tomo bastante tiempo en la cocina, pero cuando las hago, intento que sea especial y unico. Ayer en la mañana amaneci con mucho malestar corporal y dolor en mi garganta, sintomas que asocie con una posible gripe, y la verdad es que no me gusta alargar esta situacion! En 1 semana exactamente debo viajar a Lima ( Peru ) ya que debo grabar 2 canciones nuevas y me presentare en un concierto haciendo segundas voces a Clara Febres, una artista argentina que esta en inicios de su debut como solista. Lo cierto es que debo estar en las mejores condiciones para cumplir con mis responsabilidades de trabajo y este zumo es la herramienta perfecta para combatir estas molestias! Abajo les dejo el registro fotografico de todo el proceso para que puedan realizarlo en casa.

Lo primero es seleccionar nuestros ingredientes: tenemos a la naranja, que fortalece el sistema inmunológico y protege contra infecciones virales. Reduce el colesterol y mantiene una piel sana.

Luego el jengibre, que es un antiinflamatorio y antigripal por excelencia. Regula el metabolismo. Previene las migrañas y disminuye y alivia dolores de articulaciones

Por ultimo, tenemos a la curcuma que tiene propiedades anti-inflamatorias, antibacterianas y antimicóticas. Tiene la capacidad para aumentar el FNDC que es una proteína que crea nuevas neuronas, protege las existentes y ayuda a la comunicación entre ellas, mejorando la función cerebral.

Lo primero que haremos es cortamos todos los ingredientes, pelamos sus respectivas cascaras y sacamos las semillas para asi evitar sabores amargos en nuestro superpoderoso zumo.

Dato curioso: La curcuma contiene pigmentos naturales con los que se puede hasta teñir ropa! Por eso tus dedos pueden quedar un poco bastante manchaditos luego jeje, cuidado con tu ropa blanca!

Agregamos todos los ingredientes a la licuadora y QUE EMPIEZE LA FIESTA!

PD: Puedes agregar un poco de agua para hacer de la mezcla mas facil de procesar a la licuadora, tomando en cuenta de que mientras mas agua agregues, menos propiedad tendra de generar ese picor necesario del gengibre en nuestro sistema.

Finalmente servimos nuestro super zumo poderoso y, a disfrutar! Aqui una foto graciosa de @yusaymon queriendo cortar los ingredientes para el zumo ( parece un pequeño jugando y explorando jiji )

I don't usually make them every day because I take a lot of time in the kitchen, but when I make them, I try to make it special and unique. Yesterday morning I woke up with a lot of body discomfort and pain in my throat, symptoms that I associated with a possible flu, and the truth is that I don't like to prolong this situation! In exactly 1 week I must travel to Lima (Peru) since I must record 2 new songs and I will perform at a concert doing second vocals for Clara Febres, an Argentine artist who is at the beginning of her debut as a soloist. The truth is that I must be in the best condition to fulfill my work responsibilities and this juice is the perfect tool to combat these discomforts! Below I leave the photographic record of the entire process so that you can do it at home.

The first thing is to select our ingredients: we have orange, which strengthens the immune system and protects against viral infections. Reduces cholesterol and maintains healthy skin.

Then ginger, which is an anti-inflammatory and anti-flu par excellence. Regulates metabolism. Prevents migraines and reduces and relieves joint pain

Finally, we have turmeric which has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal properties. It has the ability to increase BDNF, which is a protein that creates new neurons, protects existing ones and helps communication between them, improving brain function.

The first thing we will do is cut all the ingredients, peel their respective shells and remove the seeds to avoid bitter flavors in our super powerful juice.

Fun fact: Turmeric contains natural pigments with which you can even dye clothes! That's why your fingers can get a little stained later hehe, be careful with your white clothes!

We add all the ingredients to the blender and LET THE PARTY BEGIN!

PS: You can add a little water to make the mixture easier to process in the blender, taking into account that the more water you add, the less property it will have to generate that necessary sting of the ginger in our system.

Hace mas de 10 años subi mi primer cover a Youtube, y fue con esta cancion, lamentablemente mi canal fue cerrado y con el, el registro de todos esos momentos bonitos que grabe con mi guitarra Rosada. Esta cancion fue la responsable de que mis amigos me invitaran a sus reuniones para asi yo cantarla jaja. Adele publico esta cancion como parte de su disco llamado '21', ya que esa era la edad que tenia cuando hicieron el estreno, pueden creerlo? 21 años y el vozarron que tenia, acompañada de letras increiblementes poderosas que a muchos de nosotros nos hicieron cantarlas con muchisimo sentimiento y entrega!

Espero que les agrade mucho esta version que hice, donde el ritmo en definitiva se torna con un aire mas divertido y dinamico, se apega mucho a la version que hice hace muchos años. More than 10 years ago I uploaded my first cover to YouTube, and it was with this song, unfortunately my channel was closed and with it, the record of all those beautiful moments that I recorded with my Rosada guitar.
