Reid Homann will be one of many Pipestone A’s alumni set to play in a special benefit game Sunday, Aug. 24. Homann was a standout pitcher/infielder for the A’s for three seasons (2020-22), and beforehand with Pipestone Area Schools. Game time is 3 p.m. at A’s/City Field. Players are requested to arrive one hour beforehand. “I’m really grateful to Avery (Ploeger) for putting so much effort into this,” said Homann, the son of the late David G.
