The Pipestone A’s will receive a forfeit victory from Sunday’s home game versus the Worthington Cubs. “No game today due to a lack of Cubs’ players,” was posted on the Worthington Cubs’ Facebook page during Sunday morning. The A’s Facebook followed suit, stating the game had been cancelled. A’s head coach Avery Ploeger said the two teams attempted to find a make-up date that worked for both sides; however, nothing came to fruition.
