I chatted to Simon Trower about being born into a rugby family and about the difficulty of having a promising playing career cut short at an early age. We then dabbled with a bit of rugby economics before speaking about mental health in rugby.
Simon is refreshingly open about his struggles with mental health and hopes talking about it will help others. He founded Brave Mind around a year ago and on a mission to "Make talking about and supporting one another with mental health in the rugby community the norm".
I loved my conversation with Simon. I hope you enjoy.
