Most people can agree that the ten commandments are good. Very few people are going to argue that murdering, stealing, or coveting are good things. But there is one commandment that even Christians seem to ignore, "Remember the Sabbath." Sabbath rest is something built into the fabric of reality and observed by believers for thousands of years.
