When I started to learn about powerful, transformational coaching I was told 'No-one has a budget for coaching'. And when I went to try on this belief, I was counteracted! "Of course people have a budget for coaching, Jules."

Since then, I've developed my own perspective: No one has a budget for their mental health.

When my coach was a high school teacher, it was the little times in between his commitments to work, his kids and his family where he got to spend dreaming. Dreaming about his life, what he could create, and who he wanted to be.

Sadly many of us are living for, and living in other peoples' dreams.

Too often we think of uncertainty, and we think about it so much that it feels like it exists. The thing is our mind doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's not, so why not spend time thinking about what's possible, so much that it feels real?

Today I want to share an exercise with you that I went through about living in the place of what's possible. We don't do this enough, and we can literally trick our brains into living from the future.
