The Healing at the Pool

5 After this there was a feast of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

2 Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches.

3 In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.

4 For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had.

5 And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.

6 When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?

7 The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.

8 Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.

9 And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.

Note:  This day was a day of rest, relief, and joy for this man!

  This man had been watching people get healed, he'd been asking "when is it going to be my time, to get put into the pool? This man had been in his infirmity for thirty eight years.  He'd been trying to do it his way. When the answer was right in front of him, the whole time.

This man reminds me of us, in today's world. We pray and ask God to help us, we ask God to fix things in our lives, we say we believe that he's going to do it in his time and season, but we try and make God do it the way we think it should be done. Instead of accepting, and receiving the way He does it.  We must stop limiting God, and accept however he doesn't. We must stop putting limitations on God. His way of thinking is not our way.

We must surrender our way to God's way, and step into the healing pool, while the angel is troubling the water, in your season.  We must realize that God's way is better than our ways. We can't hold on to an idea in our heads, of how God should do it for us.   God wants to do it, so he can get the glory. He doesn't want man to get any glory. Let go, and let God.  Let God do it His way, and stop trying to make him do it your way.

The Rib I Was Created From! #Prophetic #word

(Genesis 2: 7) NIV

Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

You know when  you're his rib.

Not your soulmate, but his spirit mate.  Because your spirit connects with his spirit. Your spirit knows, that you're his missing rib.

(Genesis 2: 21) NIV

So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs and then closed up the place with flesh.

(Genesis 2:22) NIV

Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.

Your spirit knows, that   the two of you, are destined to be one flesh.  Your spirit connected with his spirit, when the two of you met, for the first time, and conversed with one another.  It felt as if, you knew this person all your life, and you didn't want to spend the rest of your life without this person. It's a feeling that you've never had, for anyone before. You're stomach begins flipping, and you get butterflies in it, just thinking about that person.  You're very nervous and fidgety around that person. The two of you compliment one another.

This person helps you grow in certain areas that you were weak in, and you do the same for them.  This person is destined by God for you, because both of you have a desire in your heart, to advance God's kingdom here on Earth.

This person is going to love you from the very first time the two of you converse with one another.  You will love him as well. It may seem fast, and confusing to you, because  you've never felt this way  about anyone before.  You may even wonder if God did the connection, or is it your flesh. Just because of how fast the two of you will fall for one another.  But the Lord will give you confirmation. He'll show you things in that person, that you've prayed for, that no one else knows, only you and God.  Then God will quicken your spirit with it, reminding you of your prayers. The Lord will make sure the two of you are fully convinced, that you're made for one another.

This person knows that he'll marry you, because you're spirit is devinely connected to his spirit, from the Lord. And it will not take long, for him to  let you know, that you're his missing rib.

He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD.

Fasting & God's Image.

Fasting gives us less interest in carnal things, and more interest in spiritual things.

Fasting Dictionary meaning:

The state of wanting to know or learn about something or someone.

Fasting is self-denial, by going without for period of time. Fasting may be total, or partial. Avoiding certain things that you like. Giving it to God, as your sacrifice to Him.

"Fasting is a self-sacrifice that makes one humble and more accepting of God's will.

Moses fasted for forty days in preparation for receiving the Ten Commandments

(Exodus 34:28).

Daniel fasted for three weeks before receiving his vision (Daniel 10:2-6).

Elijah fasted forty days before speaking with God

(1 Kings 19:8).

Jesus fasted for forty days in preparation for His temptation by the devil

(Matthew 4:1-11, Luke 4:1-13)."

"In both the Old and New Testaments, fasting is seen as useful for humbling oneself as a sign of commitment or repentance and for increasing faith, especially when accompanied by prayer. Fasting allowed one to be devoted to spiritual matters without distraction from earthly things. However, fasting was not to be considered an end in itself, nor a substitute for obedience to God and doing good deeds (Isaiah 58:3-10)."

Devotional Day 13

(Psalm 11:4)

But the Lord is in his holy Temple; the Lord still rules from heaven.  He watches everything closely, examining everyone on earth.

Poor Jacob thought his trickery of his father had gone unnoticed.  He forgot that God was watching everything, and everybody, including him.  Someone said, "you may get by, but you won't get away!" Little did Jacob know that God would discipline him by preparing someone even trickier than he to enter his life. "My child, don't ignore it when the Lord disciplines you and don't be discouraged when he corrects you.  For the Lord corrects those he loves...." (Proverbs 3:11-12)

For seven long years Jacob served Laban for his daughter Rachel.  Then, on the wedding night Laban tricked Jacob into marrying Leah.  It is interesting that Jacob deceived his father in a tent,  and later he himself was deceived in a tent!  God will discipline you with the exact process you used on someone else.  God loved Jacob and knew that until he met a superior deceiver,  He would be tricking, deceiving and supplanting for the rest of his life.

Do not despise the Lords work in your life.  He loves you and his discipline will yield "a quite harvest of right living."

How I Received Revelation!

@8:30am  As I was dozing off to sleep,  the Holy Spirit quickened my spirit with this vision. He showed me a yellow and black flashlight.  Then the Holy Spirit quickened my spirit with these words: "where there is vision there is light."  Then the Holy Spirit lead me to search the scriptures.

(Matthew 6:22) NIV

22 “The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy,[a] your whole body will be full of light.

(Proverbs 29:18) NRSV

18 Where there is no prophecy, the people cast off restraint, but happy are those who keep the law.

The Holy Spirit quickened my spirit with these words:

Around twelve something this afternoon.  While running the water in the guest bathroom sink. I noticed the water forming a heart shape, as it splashed against the sink.

Immediately, the Holy Spirit quickened my spirit with these words:

"Desires of God's heart."

I began to smile, while thanking the Lord.

When I finished, I walked into the bedroom bathroom.   When the Holy Spirit brought to my remembrance, the tiny, nagging stitch, that was sticking through my skin, after having recent surgery.  The Holy Spirit reminded me, that the other two areas where I recently received stitches, dissolved at the same time. But this third area, where I received stitches, just a tiny piece of the stitch, which was nagging, and brushed against anything that would touch it, would not dissolve.  The Holy Spirit reminded me, that I was seen by my Doctor twice, pertaining to this stitch. Twice she tried to cut it as low as possible, but could not get it any lower.  Immediately the  Holy Spirit quicken my spirit with these words: "a thorn in my side."  Then the Holy Spirit  quickened my spirit about the 8:30am vision of the flashlight He gave me this morning, and of the scriptures following it.

Two of the scriptures, He highlighted to me at this time.

The 1st scripture was:

(Matthew 6:22) NIV

Paul mentions what the "thorn in his flesh" was.

The Holy Spirit quickened my spirit to search the scriptures.

So remember, when trouble comes in your life, more than You may have ever experienced at one time.  Especially when you know, that you've been trying to live for God whole heartily.  Don't get discouraged. Start shouting victory is mine! Shout it by faith!  The enemy can see what you don't see. That's why he's throwing everything at you, to discourage you, and make you stop praising God, and thanking Him for what He's about to do in your life.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

I dreamt that a lady asked me  was I still in school? I told her I was, but it was a bit much for me. I was so tired, that I set out. I woke up @10:56am

Note: I never saw myself in this dream, I only heard my audible voice, but I saw a lady standing straight across from me.  We were both very calm in the dream. It was peaceful.

@11:40am The Holy Spirit quickened my spirit with this scripture:

(Philippians 4:7) NKJV

"and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."

Note: The Holy Spirit quickened my spirit to read all of:

Note: He reminded me of His sufferings, how He knows what it is to be in need, and to have plenty, to be content in every situation, whether in plenty or in want, Jesus said "it is good that we share in his troubles,"  "God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."

The Holy Spirit quickened my spirit with this scripture:

"6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

At Christmas time, Christmas time of the year!"  #Prophetic #word

@5:40am I dreamt hearing an audible voice say "At Christmas time, Christmas time of the year!"

Note: It sounded like the audible voice was singing it very loudly, and cheerfully! It was a Male's voice.

Every day is a blessing from the Lord!  The Lord will pour out His blessings on you, that you can't contain. If you believe by faith, that He can do exceedingly,  abundantly, above all that we can ask think or even imagine. In the name of Jesus the Christ of Nazareth the Messiah!   Every day you should be expecting something from the Lord.  You have not, because you ask not.  The Lord teaches us to ask, and believing by faith, we will receive, as long as it's in the will of God.

And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” (James4:2-3) NIV

You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.

Make sure when you ask for God to bless you. That it will be a desire that's in God's heart, and a blessing to others.

Devotional- Day 7

But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father secretly.

(Matthew 6:6)

The importance of patient's in prayer and in life cannot be overemphasized!  Abraham lived most of his life patiently believing that God would fulfill his promise to give him a son. In his old age, however, he succumbed to pressure from his wife to have a child by her maid, Hagar (Genesis  16:2).

Abraham harkened to the voice of his wife instead of giving her godly direction - a choice that proved to be a historic mistake.

Ishmael has come to symbolize the fruit of impatience.  When you do not believe that God has heard your cry and prayer, you take matters into your own hands and create situations that you cannot successfully bring to a close.  If you truly believe that your Father has seen you and heard your prayer, why struggle to come up with your own solution? Boldly assert as did Hagar, "I have seen the One who sees me!"

(Genesis 16:13)

Isaac means "laughter",  So you may as well keep laughing until you're "Isaac" shows up. Ishmaels come quickly, but never go away.

Note:

So whatever you're believing God to do in your life.  Stand fast, and hold firm to the dream that He's birthed within you.  It doesn't matter how it looks right now, or even if you don't see anything happening yet. With faith trust and believe that God will work it out for your good, in His timing, and in your season!
