Lord God we come before you today, repenting of our sins known, unknown, thought deed and word. Lord God, Your word says in

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
We come together praying for _________, thanking you in advance for ________ healing. We were healed from our iniquities and infirmities, by the stripes you took on your back, and the piercing you took in your side at Calvary. You died and rose for all humanity. You had no sin, but you died for our sins.
Lord God, You're word says "if we believe by faith, that we're healed, it would be done in Jesus name." So we cry out as one voice believing in your word Lord. Your word says in

Lord God, we know that all we have to do, is send your word, and you will answer our prayers. We as believers know by faith, you don't have to be in the room physically, to heal, all you need to do is send your word Lord, and _________ will be healed, in Jesus name. Lord God, Your word says in
