The Salvation Army in Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi recently hosted their first annual Ambassadors for Good Day on August 10th.   Ambassadors for Good Day is a one-day event designed to educate and engage the public regarding the work of The Salvation Army locally throughout the Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi Division. Participating Salvation Army locations throughout the tri-state area teamed up with local celebrity ambassadors to educate and inspire the public by showing them what we do and how to get involved. Every Salvation Army location is unique, and the participation of the local ambassadors was in accordance with their own unique skills and the specific programs provided by their local Salvation Army.
