In this week's episode, I talk to Mental Health Counselor and Editor-in-Chief of Chasing Clarity Magazine, Jojo Venant. We talk about Understanding and embracing the grief of self and Ambiguous grief, grieving a loved one who is still "alive". She also shares stories of people who have had major grief or loss in their lives and what helps and what doesn't. 

Jojo employs a relational and holistic approach in counseling. With over a decade of bilingual counseling experience, she cultivates a space for clients to feel known, seen and understood. She specializes in diverse areas including meaning and shame, life transitions, relationships, dating and breakups, grief, body image, pre/post bariatric, ACOA, caregivers, Alzheimer's and dementia, depression, anxiety, and healthy coping.
