We're all somewhere on the spectrum of vertedness and most identify as either an introvert or extrovert but a certain percentage fall very close to the center.  There's a lot of proven benefits to being an ambivert including being well rounded, being more flexible, and even making more money at jobs. Al and Johnny discuss those individuals who are naturally in the middle ground.
