Jesus told His disciples to go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, teaching them the commands that Jesus taught. We will be reading from Matthew 28:19-20. The Great Commission is having real responsibility, allowing the Holy Spirit to empower us to walk in truth.
The new commandment is the example that Jesus gives us of His unconditional love. Jesus is calling us to help build a community. Jesus came to Earth to illuminate the application and practice of God's love. We break down John 13:34-35. The new commandment shows the maturity of one's faith to obey God and love other and build a community.
After the great commandment to loving God with all our heart, mind and strength. Jesus continues to tell us the second commandment to love your neighbors as yourself. In Mark 12:31, to live as Jesus's disciples is to love our brothers and sisters.
