Question from Public - "Does Chief Hendrick imposed a quota for the number of traffic stops a cruiser must have each month? I only ask because last night I was heading to the Dollar General on Haines to get some munchies. And I noticed a police cruiser on Haines Ave very intent on pulling me over and I say that because this cruiser changed two stop lights misusing the emergency override. And they changed instantly upon approaching each intersection. I graduated with honors from Mitchell Tech in electrical construction and one thing you learn is traffic control and programming lighting. And it was obvious the emergency control was used to change the lights. Don't you think this a bit overstepping. If it's not a traffic quota then they are targeting old beaters because that's exactly what my 93 Dodge Dakota is"
