Chief Justice John Roberts declared Tuesday that all foreigners have a claim to American citizenship, so long as they happen to be born here. In doing so, as Justice Samuel Alito pointed out, he reimposed the British system of subjecthood totally rejected by the American founders “only days before” the country is set to celebrate its 250th anniversary of independence from that very system.

“According to the Court, the Fourteenth Amendment’s Citizenship Clause codified the British rule of birthright subjecthood with only one new exception, which was needed to accommodate the unique status of American Indians,” Alito wrote, dissenting from Roberts’ attempt to reimpose medieval feudalism. “That is a curious claim, and it is ironic that the Court should embrace it only days before we celebrate the 250th anniversary of our Declaration of Independence, which emphatically renounced the foundation on which the British rule rested.”

The Democratic Socialists of America are not Democrats. Technically, they're only partially considered to be Socialists as their ideology is more aligned with full-blown Marxism.

We must speak out. What's happening in Europe is going to happen in America if we don't acquire the courage necessary to speak out against more than Marxism or Democrats. We have to speak out against rising Islamists.

Unlike standard Democrats (and many Republicans) who tell you one thing during the primaries, then another thing during the general, then another thing after they win, the Democratic Socialists of America stay consistent. It's consistently bad, but at least they stay the same.

The good news is that crime is going down. The bad news is that there is still far more than what should be acceptable, especially in major cities. The worst news is that the surveillance state is rising as a result of the desire to fight crime.

Catching predators is what Chris Hansen does. He does it very well. He's able to keep his cool in front of the worst people in the world. We need a whole lot more of him.

The foiled plot to use drones and sniper rifles to murder people at the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House yes brought forth a ton of conspiracy theories. Among them is the theory that this was just an Israeli false flag to drum up sympathy for the Jews. Of course, President Trump has made it clear in recent days that he's not beholden to Israel the way the theorists want us to believe.

There is a particular kind of political theater in which a man is introduced to voters a second time, scrubbed of everything inconvenient and repackaged for the audience that finally matters. Democrats just posted a photograph of James Talarico eating barbecue in a Texas shirt, and if you want to understand the next six months of this Senate race, study that photograph. It is not a candid moment. It is a product launch.

On Tuesday, CNN held another California Gubernatorial debate. Some of the candidates were awful, especially Antonio Villaraigosa and Katie Porter. Others did okay.Xavier Becerra and Steve Hilton looked the best. We learned three things from the debate:1. Legacy media is going to let Becerra off the hook for his various scandals.2. Katie Porter let it slip that illegal aliens are replacing the American citizens who are leaving.3.
