Now, it's mostly because they want to sell us something, but do we as millennials even know what we are? To discuss the impact our generation has on the workplace, what makes us unique and why we have all those #buzzwords, I invited my friend Natasha and my brother Ricardo on the pod.

Being a Third Culture Kid (TCK) comes with its challenges – first of which is to understand what that even means. Being someone that is raised in a country outside of your place of birth and your parents' culture makes you a TCK. Having lived in several different countries, I am without a doubt within that group. It's been a flurry of moving around and figuring out a new culture and society, but a life I would not change for anything. To discuss this experience I bring on my fellow Third Culture Kids, Andrea from Venezuela living in Luxembourg and Gill from Canada living in the United States.

I seriously can't turn on CNN without someone speculating who the left is going to put up against President Donald Trump in 2020. Pundits on TV and Twitter get paid to share their opinions, which is why I am wondering if the hype matches the reality. Are Americans actually talking about 2020 already? And if so, what are they looking for in terms of candidates? Do they have an early favorite? To discuss this I brought on my two friends, Sydney and Madison who run a feminist-focused online magazine and are both strong Democrats.
