In this episode, Tom and Dan go to Madison, New Jersey - home of New Jersey's newest brewery - Rosecourt Brewery. There they talk to Logan and Angela - the sole owners of the brewery. We talk about their story - how these high school sweethearts made the jump to open their own brewery in their hometown. Logan walks us through his career in beer which includes brewery school in Belgium, making the jump to the craft beer world in California, and the decision to come back home to New Jersey to continue his beer journey. Angela talks about her career - very different from Logan's - but how her work experiences can help create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons of the brewery. We talk about the look and feel of the brewery which actually include a bit of Tom's handywork. Of course, we talk about the beers available for opening weekend but also the way you can have them served - a detail that they think matters a lot to people who visit Rosecourt. In this episode, Dan travels to Oakflower a week ahead of the Juneteenth holiday. He talks to Mike of rosay_suds and bipoc_suds on Instagram as he talks about his second annual beer share at Oakflower for the holiday. They discuss inclusiveness in the craft beer community, what it means to be an ally and the charity aspect of the event. He also talks about Order Number 3 - an IPA recipe from Oakflower that breweries will be brewing and donating money for Juneteenth starting with NJ Beer Co this weekend. Mike talks about the event - how you can get tickets, why it's more than just a beer share, and how beer nerds near and far can become allies.

In this episode, Dan travels to High Bridge, New Jersey - home of Esker Hart Artisan Ales. He talks to Bobby and the Esker Hart crew ahead of their second anniversary. Dan reminisces to his first Esker Hart beers and Bobby talks about the expanded Esker Hart family. We talk about the shared love for stouts and barleywines and Bobby reveals some of the beers that will be available for the anniversary - including several collabs that would excite beer nerds from anywhere in the country.

In this episode, Dan makes the drive down to Atlantic City to visit The Seed ahead of Allagash's Saison Day. Jared from Allagash talks about the origins of Saison Day and why The Seed got the honor of hosting this year. Sean and Amanda talk about the four saison collabs with Allagash that they will be pouring for the event. In this episode, Dan makes the drive up to NJ Beer Co as Ryan from Off Script Brewing was in town working with them on an exciting new beer. Sean of TheDraftRoomNYC joins the podcast as well to talk about their own upcoming collab with NJ Beer Co and how they connected with Off Script.

Ryan from Off Script Brewing tells his story about how he got into beer, the hype surrounding his recent offerings, and how he'll be brewing on a much larger scale soon where everyone will be able to get their hands on his beer. 

Paul from NJ Beer Co talks about the collabs with both Off Script and The Draft Room as well as the last beers that have been coming out of the brewery - some of which are getting monster scores on Untappd. He talks about the shift to making hop saturated beers and how the brewery is appealing to all levels of craft beer fans. 

Later Chase from Top Beer Drops joins the podcast and talks about the top ten beer rated new beers in the country according to Untappd - a list which includes Off Script.

In this episode, Dan heads down to Bradley Beach, NJ and visits the soon-to-be future home of Erratic Fermentations. He sits down with Mike and Danny of Erratic and gets to try three of the beers that will be on draft for their grand opening on Saturday April 4th, 2026. Dan reminisces to the first time they joined the podcast and the beers they were making back then - including one that will be on draft for their opening. They talk about the space itself and how their professional backgrounds helped to shape the physical image of the brewery. Mike and Danny also talk about the rest of the Grand Opening taplist including two collabs that will be available.
