One year ago today, Charlie Kirk was assassinated.
Tonight, I’m dedicating the show to remembering Charlie — not just the political figure millions of Americans knew, but the man, his faith, his influence, and the impact his death left on the country and on me personally.
We’ll look back at who Charlie Kirk was, the day he was killed, and how both the left and the right responded in the immediate aftermath. I’ll also discuss what I see as the administration’s failure to meaningfully confront the political forces that celebrated or excused his murder.
I’ll address the conspiracy theories that have surrounded Charlie’s death, including Candace Owens’ coverage and why I believe the story has increasingly become about her rather than Charlie, his legacy, and what he actually wanted to be remembered for.
Finally, I want to put politics aside for a moment and talk about Charlie personally — what he meant to me, why his death affected me, what has been missing from American politics over the past year, and why I still miss him today.
One year later, this episode is about remembering Charlie Kirk, his faith, his legacy, and the void he left behind.
Rest in peace, Charlie. 🇺🇸
