As Entrepreneurs, we must be willing to change. As entrepreneurs, we connect the dot every day, but everything will not happen the way we want. Rather than taking the stress and managing the stress, we must be aware that we must not focus on stress management which can negatively potentially impact to reach our vision. We must act consciously so we do not cause any stress but rather solve the issue every day and enjoy the small win.

We must define the clean line between who we are and what we want to become in our Entrepreneurial journey. In our journey, we must be resilient to bring success. As hoteliers, we faced the last two disasters, the economic recession in 2009 and the recent pandemic. But with our resilience, we came back better than before. In this podcast, I explained why resilience is key for our journey. Building a team is the most important management in the entrepreneurial journey. Once you are able to build a team where each member can bring their full potential will achieve the highest level of achievement. After the Pandemic, our workstyle has significantly changed. Especially hybrid work ideas. So as entrepreneurs, we must be conscious of how we can navigate our team members with the new changes to achieve their fullest. Rather than set up a goal, we must have a vision in our entrepreneurial Journey. A vision is what we can see, what other people can't see. When we can see, it's easy to connect to reality. Thus, success must come with hard work and dedication. In this fast-changing world, setting up a goal is not appropriate; after a few years, our achieved goal may not be needed for us and our society.

We all have dreams. A real dream which we are devoted to making into reality takes patience, courage, and dedication and sometimes requires us to dig down very deep. But in our journey, we are willing to do that as we know the path is not easy. A real dream must happen, as we cannot let it go. We must remember the famous speech by Martin Luther King; I have a dream.
Without effort, self-discipline, and determination, dreams will not come to reality.
