During his three years of ministry on earth Jesus used the rabbinical method of recruiting and training his followers. He called 12 men to follow him daily. It was a very intimate and personal strategy. But once Jesus left this earth, his remaining disciples exploded into thousands that were later organized into assemblies or churches. How does an organized church carry out the mission of Jesus?
