And that's quite fact-based, said Tim Goeglein, with Focus on the Family, whose latest book, "Stumbling Toward Utopia," traces a massive cultural shift to that decade, and then also to the Barack Obama years. If we want an America that's free, then we need Americans to be moral. It's only a moral people who are capable of self-governance, after all.
