On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden can’t leave the office quick enough. He now claims to have amended the Constitution. Biden announced that the Equal Rights Amendment is the “law of the land,” despite the Justice Department and the U.S. archivist saying the President could not ratify the Constitutional amendment. Biden is lawless then he lectures us about the rule of law. According to Democrats, you can do anything if it’s in pursuit of the radical left agenda. Also, Ambassador Danny Danon calls in to discuss the Israel/Hamas ceasefire. This is not a peace agreement; Israel keeps the right to go into Gaza and finish off Hamas if necessary. Danon says they are determined to finish the job but will pause to get the hostages back.  Later, Democrats keep telling us we have to fix our immigration laws, but they’re not broken.  We have very detailed immigration laws which work if they are enforced. The problem is Democrats lack of virtue and lack of execution - its intentional.  It will be important to have a Governor in the DHS position – Kristi Noem will be fantastic. Afterward, a unanimous Supreme Court upheld the TikTok ban. It can still survive; it just needs new American ownership. We can’t allow China to control Americans' data.

Hegseth conducted himself very well during the Democrat inquisition and there is no reason any Republican should vote against his confirmation. Some are questioning, what qualifies Hegseth for Secretary of Defense. What qualified Pete Buttigieg to run transportation? Dick Cheney was Secretary of Defense and never served in the military. Sometimes you must rely on a person's life experience. Finally, Sen Eric Schmitt calls in to discuss his role at the Hegseth hearings today. He explains that Hegseth will root out DEI at the Department of Defense, which is poison, it has no place in our military. Hegseth is the change agent President-Elect Trump wanted.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the battle begins Tuesday with the hearings for President-Elect Trump’s cabinet posts. Every one of Trump’s nominees must be confirmed. These hearings will be a test of the Republican Senate majority. The goal is to smear, humiliate, destroy.  Later, the Democrats are now starting – rather than change course and apologize for the wildfires in California, they whine about Trump. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, as time goes by more and more information comes out about the wildfires in California and what these ideologues have done to the State. It turns out a key reservoir was empty when the Pacific Palisades fire started. Gov Gavin Newsom also cut the fire budget by $100 million last year while giving more water to tiny tribal fish. Newsom isn't Presidential material, he’s not even Gubernatorial material. Where did the trillions of dollars go from the Inflation Reduction Act, which caused massive inflation? What was it used for? There needs to be a full criminal investigation into what happened to the Inflation Reduction Act money and a criminal investigation into what happened in California. Also, Supreme Court Justices, John Robert and Amy Coney Barrett have caused significant damage to our constitutional system, particularly concerning the supremacy clause. The supremacy clause was intended to address situations where State judges and local prosecutors use federal law against the intended purpose. President Trump is now left with appealing in the NY appellate system. If he wins, this ruling would be specific to NY only and would leave other states to act as Alvin Bragg and Judge Juan Merchan did.

Months ago, Mark explained exactly what Trump’s lawyers should do to get this case to the Supreme Court. Today they finally took that step and hopefully, the Supreme Court will take the case. Later, it’s important for the cause of justice in this country that the incoming DOJ and FBI leadership investigate Jack Smith and his team. We had a rouge DOJ and FBI and it can’t be tolerated. It’s not retribution - it's justice. Afterward, George Soros is the big sugar daddy for the Democrats. To reward him Biden gave him the Medal of Freedom. Out of all the people, Biden gives the highest civilian medal to him. Finally, Sen Tim Sheehy calls in to explain that left-wing policies in California have an impact, we can care about the environment and also protect our communities.
