On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a so-called ‘Maryland dad’ was sent to an El Salvador prison and brought back to the U.S. today by AG Pam Bondi to face criminal charges. Despite evidence of his crimes, including human trafficking and domestic violence, Democrats, media, and some judges defended him, claiming Trump acted dictatorially and that Garcia lacked due process. They lied; he got due process with an immigration judge and an immigration board. Senators Chris Van Hollen and his Democrats still publicly supported him. How will we ever get this country under control given that the Democrat Party hates America?  Rep Jamie Raskin argues that even under the Alien Enemies Act, due process is necessary, referencing a D.C. Circuit judge who noted that Nazi saboteurs in the U.S. during World War II received due process hearings as a historical precedent for legal fairness. This is the example that Raskin uses? The Nazis had a trial and were executed in less than 3 months.  Also, the FBI and DHS are highlighting threats to Jewish and Israeli communities. It’s interesting all the violence goes one way. You don’t see Jews trying to kill Palestinians. This is what open borders and the Democrat party gets you. Afterward, there’s a hit piece out on the Director of the White House Presidential Personnel Office Sergio Gor. The piece claims that Gor influenced Trump to withdraw Jared Isaacman’s nomination as NASA administrator, allegedly to target Elon Musk, who recommended Isaacman. However, the withdrawal stemmed from Isaacman’s donations to Democrats, including $100,000 to a Schumer-aligned PAC, $50,000 to Josh Shapiro’s campaign, and other Democratic contributions, with no support for Trump until after the election. This background made Isaacman unsuitable for a key role in a Republican administration.  Later, Iran reportedly ordered thousands of tons of ballistic missile components from China, potentially enabling the production of around 800 missiles. Iran is stalling nuclear negotiations with the U.S. while bolstering its missile capabilities and supplying groups like the Houthis in Yemen.  These actions, supported by China, are efforts to undermine Israel and Western interests.  Finally, Mark honors the 81st anniversary of D-Day. If we had lost on D-Day we would have lost WW2. The casualties were enormous, yet these brave young men put their lives on the line, many knowing they would die.

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Tucker Carlson, AKA Chatsworth Osborne Jr, is a lunatic in Mark’s opinion. He is a profit-driven opportunist who shifts positions for personal gain. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, an Egyptian national, illegally in the U.S. allegedly attacked Jewish Americans, including a Holocaust survivor, in Boulder, Colorado.  The Biden administration’s lax vetting and work permit issuance enabled this incident. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, open borders, radicalized college campuses, and biased media drive cultural decay in the U.S. Unvetted immigration from conflict zones, homegrown terrorism fueled by media misrepresentation, and Marxist indoctrination in universities are key issues. Later, colleges and universities have been destroyed by Islamists, Marxists, and foreign influences like Qatar, Iran, and Hamas, with Jews being targeted in a manner reminiscent of the 1930s. These groups, supported by the Democrat Party, media, and courts, are anti-American and aim to collapse the system. Also, President Trump forcefully posted about Iran – “The AUTOPEN should have stopped Iran a long time ago from “enriching.” Under our potential Agreement — WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY ENRICHMENT OF URANIUM!” He may have posted this as a response to leakers claiming there’s a deal that allows Iran to enrich uranium. These leaks might come from the fifth column isolationists or Iranian sympathizers within the administration aiming to undermine Trump.  Afterward, the United States is among the most religiously tolerant nations, with the Constitution ensuring freedoms for all, regardless of beliefs. Faith acts as a moral foundation, moderating behavior and fostering societal civility, even influencing non-believers through surrounding values. Christianity does not seek political control, in contrast to political Islam, which aims for centralized authority over society and government. Without an enlightenment embracing individual liberty, Islam’s dominant establishment often supports Islamism, which clashes with Western values.  Importing such ideologies into the U.S. may lead to resistance against assimilation, as seen in parts of Europe and emerging in America.  In Addition, George Washington University’s Program on Extremism details how Hamas established early ties with Iran through meetings led by Mousa Abu Marzook, a key Hamas figure, while he was a student in the U.S. in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Marzook, who later became Deputy Chief of Hamas’s Political Bureau, orchestrated these connections from American soil. These ties, formalized during a 1991 Tehran meeting, laid the groundwork for Iran’s long-term backing of Hamas, including advanced knowledge of Hamas’s October 7, 2023, attack on Israel. Can you imagine what’s going on today? Finally, Steve Moore calls in and highlights the economy's strong performance in the second quarter, citing a Federal Reserve estimate of 4.6% GDP growth, a significant rebound from the negative 0.2% in the first quarter under Biden. He notes low inflation at under 2.5%, compared to Biden’s average of 6%, and emphasizes rising personal income and consumer spending. The Constitution gives Congress broad authority over taxation and spending, and through a 1977 emergency law, it delegated certain tariff powers to the president. Courts lack the constitutional basis to override such delegations. Historical records, including Madison’s notes, the Federalist Papers, and state ratification debates, show the framers rejected giving courts supreme authority, like judicial review, to resolve separation-of-powers disputes. The framers of the Constitution, heavily influenced by Montesquieu, designed a government with a strict separation of powers to prevent tyranny, as Montesquieu warned that combining legislative, executive, or judicial powers in one entity leads to arbitrary rule and oppression. Congress should address this through legislation, not courts through litigation. Also, Sam Antar accused a Politico writer of "reputational laundering" for praising  New York AG Letitia James as a "Shadow Attorney General" in a Democratic shadow cabinet, while ignoring her federal criminal investigation for alleged mortgage fraud. Politico’s omission of the DOJ referral shows the media bias, as James has targeted Trump, notably winning a $450M civil fraud case against him.  Later, the Wall Street Journal reports the decline of America's military-industrial capacity compared to China's rapid growth in the sector. The U.S. has allowed its defense manufacturing and supply chains to weaken due to underinvestment, outsourcing, and a focus on short-term efficiency over long-term resilience. This is frightening.

Also, the Civil War, with over 700,000 casualties in a nation of 24 million, was worth the cost to end slavery and preserve the Union. Similarly, Israel's ongoing conflicts justify decisive action to destroy Hamas and prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, despite repeated ceasefires and attacks from groups like Hezbollah and the Houthis. Israel's fight is for survival, akin to the Civil War's existential stakes. Critics who label this a "forever war" or warmongering are dismissed, as some causes, like survival, demand fighting to the death. Later, Iran is actively advancing its nuclear weapons program. They are developing a sophisticated nuclear program and possesses a growing arsenal of ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear warheads over long distances.

As of tonight, the United States of America is no longer a Constitutional Republic. We now live under a judicial tyranny created by the Democratic Party. Since Trump's election, a group of rogue Democratic Party judges has seized all aspects of executive power. Harvard and similar institutions promote Marxism and Islamism, discriminating against Asian students (as ruled by the Supreme Court), and historically providing cover for Nazis in the 1930s. Cutting federal and state subsidies and urging major donors to reconsider support is the way to address these issues. In addition, Gov Ron DeSantis calls in to discuss Convention of States movement. He explained that Congress’s failures, driven by politicians’ reelection incentives, require structural changes like term limits and a balanced budget requirement. DeSantis dismissed fears of a runaway convention, noting that amendments need three-fourths of states to ratify, ensuring only popular reforms pass. DeSantis also explains that cutting a deal with Iran is dangerous.
