Amie Ward is The Healthtender and Beverage Director of her bar family at r.bar in Baltimore, MD. Amie has a background in Kinesiology and is an ACE Certified Health Coach. She is teaching bartenders the tools they need for a balanced, healthy life both locally and at seminars all over the nation.
