In this episode, Blaine explains the Stoic principle of Amor Fati, which loosely translates to 'love of your fate'. Instead of labeling things as either good or bad, Amor Fati teaches us to stop labeling things and, instead, accept things as they are and love that they are happening the way they are. This attitude and mindset allows us to remain loose and flexible to all that happens around us, instead of being seized by negative events.
