This huge life choice is something I'm constantly navigating, and it's a driving force to designing the life of your dreams, because choosing this means we must be willing to operate from a place of personal power. Press Play! 

With all the creating, building, technology, and social media in our lives on a daily basis, it can be easy to get consumed in the day to day. We are moving too fast to hear the wisdom of nature and the sovereignty of our hearts. This only leads to extreme burnout, thoughts and habits that are not truly authentic to our values, and this sense of disconnection to who we truly are in this life time. Even when we create all the things, give back to others, or experience joy it doesn't seem to last long because we're giving from an empty cup. This was my experience and I transmuted it powerfully with this ONE major action.
