Strengths-Based Development is a product we provide to our clients in the Middle East as a foundation for Leadership Growth and to develop a ‘Chess’ vs. ‘Checkers’ mindset; in other words treating the people according to their own map and not a ‘one size fits all’ approach. I took the SF 2.0 assessment, believed in it and started to think about ‘what goes on under the hood’ while I am making a choice in my life. We are blessed as humans by the ability to fly over our beliefs/paradigms using our self-awareness power.

My self-awareness became sharper, more trusted and clearer using the Strengths Glossary I acquired by learning about the 34 themes from Gallup CSF research . I am now a Certified Strengths Coach who also works for David Allen as a certified Trainer so the ‘CSF-GTD’ combo insanely revolutionized my entire Life!
