We are big promoters of reflection and self-awareness but it's time to address the elephant in the room! We have begun to wonder if being too introspective could be just plain exhausting? I mean, imagine if we decided to switch off our desire to better ourselves and muted our self-critical internal monologue. Instead of finding ways to be more productive, fitter or smarter, maybe we could just take a backseat for a while and enjoy our lives. Would we be more carefree? Less stressed? Having more fun? How do we find the balance between helping ourselves improve and just forgetting about it all for a while?

Regrets... we've all got them. But, what is regret? What do we often regret in our 20's? And why might we experience that all too familiar feeling of missing out or wasting time? Life is a juggling act at the best of times as we wonder whether we should travel now or wait until we've started a professional career? Should we seek a romantic relationship, or spend our 20's single? Perhaps there are no correct answers. So how do we navigate these risks and find the courage to take a leap?
