Aryana Sharrak and Aimen Vanood talk about their journey into the medical field. As 4th year medical students, they are on the cusp of entering a career they have dreamed of for years. Each of them has a unique background that has led them down this path. Both have been working diligently in the SoDI on various projects that will likely have lasting impacts.

Dr. Merry Jean Losso (PGY2), inspiration behind Diversity Dialogues, joins the podcast with Dr. Dahima Cintron (PGY3). We discuss their involvement with AMWA's SoDI over the years and how they have transitioned into their roles in residency and their experiences with health disparities.
