Amy Kate took the long academic road to becoming a Developmental Psychologist. She is now the Director of The Mindful Collective, a health and wellness studio in Paddington, Brisbane. Most importantly, Amy Kate is the owner/stage-mum/handler of Therapy Dog, Evie! This little Italian Greyhound is the true Self-Care Queen and is considered to be an important part of the practice and contributes to successful treatment.
