Amy is a Performance Artist and calls herself a Fat Feminist Body Image Activist. In 2015, she wore a black bikini and a blindfold in the middle of a public market in Boise, Idaho. She called it her “Stand for Self-Love”. It was a progressive, courageous step and when she posted about it on her blog,  it went viral. That action propelled her influence worldwide.
